Small Batch Manhattan

2 oz Small Batch Single Barrel Bourbon
1/2 oz Carpano Antica Vermouth
1/2 oz Dolin Blanc Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

In a stirring glass, add all ingredients and fill with ice. Stir and strain into a glass with ice or enjoy it up. Garnish with a whiskey soaked cherry!

Small Batch Old Fashioned

2 oz Small Batch Single Barrel Bourbon
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Flamed Orange Peel

In a glass, add bitters and simple syrup. Flame an orange peel over the glass to express the oils. Muddle the orange peel with the simple syrup and bitters. Add the Small Batch Single Barrel Bourbon and ice. Stir and enjoy!

Hot Honey Rag

1 & 1/2 oz Small Batch Single Barrel Bourbon
1/2 oz Hot Honey and Basil Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Sparkling Brachetto

In a cocktail shaker, add the Hot Honey and Basil simple syrup, lemon juice and bourbon. Shake and double strain into a glass with ice. Top off the cocktail with 2-3oz of sparkling brachetto. Garnish with a lime wheel or a basil leaf!

Hot Honey and Basil Simple Syrup

1 cup honey
1 cup water
1/4 cup of hot sauce
1 cup whole basil leaves
Bring all items to a boil in a medium saucepan, and let simmer for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally. Let it cool and then strain into a storage container of your choice. Keeps for 5-7 days.

1 & 1/2 oz Small Batch Single Barrel Bourbon
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Coffee liqueur (St. George is our favorite)
1/2 oz Framboise (Raspberry liqueur)
2 Dashes angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to a stirring glass, add ice, and stir. Strain into a glass with ice, and garnish with a raspberry or cherry.
